Hi,

I batch replaced G:\ with C:\ and it is working now. It seems that the path does not really matter. I just got errors because G:\ is in my system a drive with exchangeable media and usually is empty. Thus i got the errors. I believe it would be good if francesco would do the same as I did and provided a new installer since others might experience similar problems. If he wants, I can send him the batch processed muz3um folders (just pm me).

I guess, that should be corrected. (Best would be relative paths if possible)

Hmm... the paths in the fxp files should not matter absolute vs relative. Z3ta+ is supposed to have persistence logic that will search your "UserData Path" for any of the custom files, arps, wavetables, and lfos.

My guess is what's happening is that z3ta+ may be trying to go to the absolute path first (but does not make it to checking UserData Path, and for some reason presents that strange error). I will send a message to the devs, see what the best resolution would be.

yes, that G:\VST\VSTi\z3ta+2\Z3TA+ 2\ is my custom install path

in any case, I think this behaviour is not directly related with the Muz3um pack itself, but it's more a Z3TA+ 2 issue

in fact, even if I save a patch with stock waveforms (eg. VINT SAW 1), when I open the fxp file I find the reference to G:\VST\VSTi\z3ta+2\Z3TA+ 2\Wavetables\oscill.set

so, as Chad was guessing, the issue should be more related to the management of the UserData information which is set during Z3TA+ installation

moreover, it seems that this info is not even fully used, as experienced by AKJ who solved the problem by changing the drive letter only

@Brian: as you are reading this thread, could you please check this with the development team?

I'm just getting to DL-ing the new bank now that I will soon purchase the z3ta+ v2 upgrade, but I think the link is dead. Is there a new link?

I'm getting an "Error: Program data load failed" message when I try to open the Muz3um presets in Z3ta. Everything looks like it installed okay; it's in the same folder as the factory sounds. Any ideas?

I had not, but did install the update. Now I'm getting the error message: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk5\DR5" for every preset, including the factory ones. At least I can eventually open the preset by pressing several times on the "Try Again" button, but it's a bit frustrating.

I get a similar message with some of my presets in Dimension Pro. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks!

After reading a little about this error, I tried disconnecting external drives (harddrive and flash drive). But that didn't work. I pass that along to eliminate one possible cause from the discussion.

Hi Guys,

I wanted to let you know that I've updated the Muz3uM 2 download. It now has an OSX folder with installation instructions for installing for z3ta+ 2.0 on OSX. Now that z3ta+ is on the OSX Nyan Cat. :D

- For OSX copy the content within the included folders:

OSX/MIDI Arpeggios
OSX/Programs
OSX/Wavetables

To these respective locations.

~/Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/MIDI Arpeggios
~/Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/Programs
~/Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/Wavetables

Download Muz3uM 2
