I was looking at buying EQuality as an upgrade from my Logic EQ.

Would those who have used both recommend EQuality or Equick?

Any comments and advice are appreciated.

Post

I haven't used EQuality once since I got Equick...but I guess it would depend on your needs. For me, I like quality and speed to work, and Equick does both for me...

just download the demos and try what may work best for you.

Cheers.

I am still not fully up to scratch with EQing but have been watching a ton of tutorials and I am getting better with boosting frequencies and cutting those that clash.
Equick would possibly be what I am looking for especially if it has a good number of Instrument EQ presets as a base to work with.

yes if you aren't like an Equalizer guru who needs tons of parameters to tweak, defeinitely equick not equality.

I Love this EQ the ability to change size of the GUI is a big bonus.
I'd like to have some analog emulating modes and maybe saturation ;)

It's more than that. EQuick only has Digital+ and liner phase modes, no minimum or analog phase, and those do sound different.
