another Sunny day:
I like the finger click. nice reverb on it too. It feels a little bit like the guitar plucking got slightly behind the beat at a couple of points. it was just enough to distract me from the overall groove. Piano low in the mix is a nice touch. It's just behind there in a nice place.

excellent drum roll intro. good to hear some vocals on a kvr-track too
I'm not 100% sure of the vocal mix though. it sounds a little bit too clean for me, a bit too much front and centre. and the pitch needs some work, esp in the chorus I'm not sold on the lyrics either. instrumentation is good, espcially the drums and guitar.
God almighty:
Nice piano, guitar and cymbals mix for the intro. the electric guitar adds a nice Pink Floyd feel after about 30 seconds, then later on it sounds kinda coldplay-esque (the good, early, melancholic coldplay as opposed to the more recent "anthem hunting" coldplay). some of the chord changes are quite cool. I like it how you've stuck with an "accounstic" sounding drum and not opted for a vengeance styled electronic sample kick. too much kick would kill this tune. I think this is my fav of the three.

i actually wanted to hear sunny day without the snap; or with the snap there in some sections, but not others. the guitars and the rest were a great listen in any event.
on the reggae one; definitely, give us more drums! the mix sounds super bright. maybe the kick/bass could 'pump' the mix a bit more? cool songwriting.
god almighty; contemplative cosmic stew, with drums creeping in. yeah, i really like this piano. maybe one of the guitars could concentrate on a lower register?

To the legion of reviewers so far: Thanks for your comments. The reggae drums were not of my own doing - I wish they were. I appreciate all of the comments - I hear what you are referring to on all points. My problem is, if I spend the time now to fix those issues, I would have 1 song maybe done, instead of 5. The challenge is to do 14 brand spanking new songs in the month. Since I'll be away from my DAW for at least a week of the month, I have to really work hard at not being obsessive with what I put up for review. I will come back to some of these songs and probably do a ground-up redo of them. The point right now is to get the idea nailed down.
