Where did you hear about that ?

'Padshop' looks like a great new VST for atmospheric sounds, and evolving pads.

I wonder if it will eventually offer user sample importing.

Sequel doesn't need a dongle either. I think it all depends on what market are they aiming at.

By the way, VST 3 only. You need Cubase/Nuendo or Studio One.

That's exactly what I mean:
Sequel, Cubase Elements (which I use), Wavelab Elements, SoundPacks, and now their first instrument! Maybe this is a test route, and one day we'll see Halion or Cubase without that crappy dongle...

By the way, their soft elicenser c/r system is very client-friendly: no unworthy begging for new activations, licenses transferable. And one BIG advantage over their dongle:

When your dongle gets lost or broken, you will lose all your product licenses. But you will never lose soft elicenser licenses, even if your whole pc gets lost!
