That's far from being the worst view out of a window I've ever seen. There's certainly a lot worse. At least you have a fenced in private space.

yeah, the fence and porch are great, i'm outside whenever the weather's good ...in the back there's more yard, two sheds, a small creek, room in front for a garden...and rent is dirt cheap, great school, yada yada, could be worse...

I have a purple ukelele that wasn't in the studio at the time. Does that count?

Nice modular Mr Jesus. Must admit I've never got into modulars, but I really think I should one day...especially as making funny sounds is more my thing than actually making music. I'd imagine you have many a lost day sat in front of that Tardis.

Now is definitely the time to do it. It's relatively inexpensive to start a Eurorack or DotCom synth and new designs are coming out all the time.
Here's my little slice of heaven.

Don't use my studio much nowadays. My assistant looks a bit worse for wear but he don't get out much.I'll reckon he be fine.

The keyboard is a Korg SAS-20 (Super Accompaniment System) salvaged from the junk and resprayed. The reverse keys are the accompaniment ones. Most things that I make myself, or give an overhaul, end up candy coloured.
Above / behind the wooden Theremin (an Etherwave by chance?) is that Dove Blue box a homemade rotary speaker?

Yes, and thanks to whyterabbyt for the link. I keep meaning to post an update on my rotary speaker.

The theremin was made by Kees Enkelaar, an Australian chap who makes them to order. Very nice and very reasonable cost, though he appears not to be making them at the moment.

When I took that photo, I was trying to show the mess. I'm delighted people have been interested in the objects. The eagle-eyed might also spot a couple of buddha machines.

Cheers.

There you go mate - £59, can't go wrong! Even got 4 and a half stars out of
5 - so must be doing something right!. It's a beast of a case and Scan even
sent me an extra Red LED fan coz it wasn't working (it was - I was just a
tw*t and wired it up wrong) no questions asked. I got them both working in the
end and mounted the extra one in the front for super-red-led-goodness. Thanks
Scan! I suppose I owe you a fiver really. Superb case - cool. Very cool. Big.
But not too big....
