I don't like to speculate, but now TMZ is reporting it was Xanax and alcohol. They won't say whether she fell asleep in the tub.
Clive Davis was quoted as saying she was suppossed to perform at a pre-Grammy party, and she was probably very nervous about it. Poor, poor dear.
