For whatever reason, the ones but that guy (starts with a v) don't show up correctly. They come out looking like the "classic" theme. Gotta be something I'm doing wrong.

Hmmm..

Should be able to put it in the themes folder, but you can try extracting it into the folder then pulling the files out of the folder it creates and see if that works....

[x] Allow themes to override
[x] Theme uses resources:

Both dropdowns here should be set to the theme you switch to, too.

It's not that it's a distraction, it's that it's an element that I don't want to be compulsory on stage. I don't even want to have to plug in the monitor and keyboard and mouse. If I have to work some control, I want to do it with my foot.

I mean if that's an issue simply use hot keys and turn off your monitor.

I don't want a lecture, Hink. I've stated my preference. I'd be extremely surprised if most performing musicians don't agree with me.

Can you imagine if guitar pedalboards required a keyboard, mouse and monitor just to boot up? How popular would that be?

From where I sit, this is a current topic. If I didn't devote my valuable time to the forum when it was convenient for you, whose problem is that?

Never had understood any of the value assumptions behind "necro thread". It's really just a bully way of trying to shut people up. Abuse on this forum has shut me up for months at a time before, and it might have just done so again.

Those are set. For example, janneuniverse and rado are fine. These two I'm having trouble with were extracted from a .rar file the others were zipped. Don't know why that would be a problem after extraction though.

I'm trying to design some skins of another DAW based on his flavor. Not Easy!
I like his work. I can work with Orion better with his Theme so far.

The GIU is actually pretty good in Reaper especially when you can use great themes like JanneUniverse. Its the menus that can be a real pain, even with the inclusion of Reamenus. I'm gonna have to get round to cleaning menus up a bit more sometime.
