I came across this APP called 'StepPolyArp'.

Does anybody use this ? (Or a similar App)

I wonder about the following :

Will I be able to use my iPad 2 with StepPolyArp via Camera Connection kit and a simple USB Cable to trigger a drum VSTi on my WIndows 7 DAW (Reaper).

Or do I need another programm so that the Windwos DAW understands the incoming MIDI signals from StepPolyArp via Camera Connection Kit ?

Use it a lot to trigger my hw and sw synths or record the midi into live, but I'm often using it via wifi or with the iodock via usb.
Using the camera kit, you can't just plug the usb to your pc as it's not a midi interface.You need a midi interface from the camera kit and another one on your pc.

If you can use wifi, give it a try. In live I send the clock a bit early to compensate the latency.

I use StepPolyArp with an IK iRig MIDI going into my MIDI interface on the computer or straight into one of my MIDI synths. Works a treat. Great App.
