Just wondering about Sonic Academy subscriptions... a benefit of a 1 year sub is it gives you a 70% discount on downloadable courses. However, I can't seem to find any prices on the website so I don't know how much that works out at. Also does that discount work in all the videos/courses listed on the site?

The 1 Year sub Enables you to access ALL the video online AND download All Samples and Resources.

you can also download courses (this is generally for people with poor internet connection or people who travel a lot).

a £34.99 course becomes £10.99 to Annual Subscribers.

90% of our customers watch everything online.

LOVE the Soundcloud demos. Can't wait for this. It sounds spectacular. I might even be persuaded to make some presets.

I've gotta say I think you've nailed the niche in the market here. You're pretty much satisfying peoples want for a Sylenth replacement. I hope your distortion algo's are good

I can see me doing a bank or two for this 8)

The G-Env looks pretty cool.
:)
Way more flexible than Sylenth that's for sure.

Not enough Cubase tutorials on your site, I have paid for a couple, I want to see some Electro Bass/Funk(i.e. 808 style) and/or Breaks tunes like Aquasky/Freestylers etc laid out from start to finish, but as for subscription, not enough feels relevant for me...

Yeah we would love to do more Cubase tutorials I used it for years before ableton 6 came out.

We haven't found the right guy yet to do them but are still searching.

Will this have (oscillator hard-) sync and PWM? I'm guessing no from the GUI, but I would have guessed these are important functions for a synth, especially one for learning on! Still, you seem to know what your demographic wants.

I LOVE the sound of those filters. All of them. I don't know if this is the power of suggestion at work, but "sticky" seems to perfectly describe the resonance on the vintage filters :)

Overdrive is sounding good too.

Yeah that "sticky" sound was our ambition when we where working on the filters.

Every synth i really liked had that quality... Ours is quite close to a moog type filter... although we do have a 4 pole which isnt on the mini moog.

The overdrive includes an amp cab as well... i always got the best acids and overdriven stuff through the likes of guitar rig or boss pedal FX so we wanted the overdrive really guitary... sounds really good.
