U-he and Camel Audio. Why? Because they are super-nice guys to deal with, offer great products at great prices, and keep their ear well to the ground.

Yep I agree, seem to be one step ahead, any particular favourite plugin?

Customer service does make a huge difference. I appreciate responsiveness to customers; I'm used to Zingerman's Deli here in Ann Arbor (they train corporations on customer service), the cast members in Disney World, the folks at the forums for PG Music and Garritan, and many of the people mentioned above here at KVR. Especially Andy at Camel, Steven at Team DNR, Urs, Bronto Scorpio, aMUSEd... they rock.

Yeah of course, as a customer it's what you deserve - funny that it's neglected in some circumstances. It's probably because the service is so remote some companies think they can get away with it. If you went to a restaurant and asked the waiter a question and they didn't get back to you?? You wouldn't go back again? Non, even if the Duck a l'orange was tasty - if not a little over done

Some smaller companies, a few bigger ones. FXpansion (which I ticked above), u-he, HG Fortune, Camel Audio for instruments; Izotope, Rob Papen, Team DNR for effects. IK Multimedia for both.

I voted Other, instead of Audiorealism, that wasnt in the list for some mysterious reason.
Both for the excellent and still unbeatable sound (imo), and also for mike being such a nice guy!

GForce isn't there either. Oddity is my second most used synth.

I've only played on the ABL2 for Audiorealism - bringing back the bassline classic! On D16 have been as close to the mark - ACID!!

I voted D16, why? because the easy keyfile to authorise, easy transfer of 2nd hand...no bother to deal with firm...

Also One Small Clue - Poise, the best support - skyped me to fix problem

Agreed, D16 are great, they pay attention to the detail for sure. I can tell you as a disributor of their products their backend service is one of the best I've seen. It's clear and it's easy to replenish so responsive also - good guys! What do you use from them?

You mentioned Cubase, have you found much of a problem in support on any other platforms? It's interesting to see how they're managed and which platforms are the trouble makers!
