I have a 4 bar loop of organ chords which I have duplicated across 32 bars. The very last bar has an upward pitch bend. When I play the song from the beginning. The organ chords are all out of key. This happens randomly. Sometimes they are in key and sometimes they are off. Seriously...wtf is that about. Also I have made sure there are no other pitch bends on any other clips and I have set the pitch bend value to 0 after the pitch bend on the last clip.

Thanks for any help.

Pitch bend like other midi CCs will not be reset on the advent of a new clip. That is, it's state is remembered by the VST or external midi instrument from the point the pitch bend (PB) value last changed. This is different to VST automation which is always updated to that point shown on the time line. midi CCs are not 'chased' by Live.

If you have used PB on any clips it is best to set a PB value to 0 at the start of first clip after the one with the PB. Within any single loop with PB action at the end make sure you set PB to 0 at the start of that loop.

In Live you'll see the PB CC with a flat line at 0 by default but the clip is not sending out that information to the VST. All it's doing is doing nothing. You need to insert a node at 0. Simply use the pencil tool and click on the line and introduce a point to generate PB CC data of value 0.
