I wonder why brass, it's similar to helicoils but they show fine stainless machine screws and brass inserts. Stainless is pretty damn hard, brass? Not so much. I can't imagine a failsafe reason for brass, I mean is too much torque an issue here?
I'm sure they work fine and thanks for the heads up, but if one is use them do be aware being too hard on the tightening...they might strip before you know it.
