Import from iTunes
I HATE ITUNES. I really do. It is the stupidest (is that a word?), most archaic, most frustrating software I have ever had the displeasure to use. I am sure it's plain as can be to Mac people, but to us PC people, sheesh!

Why can't I just drag and drop. Nah. I have to sync my iPad, set iTunes to NOT sync everything (since I have more than 2TB of my music projects on my hard drives), drop the stuff I do want it to sync - make sure there is a playlist for it - make sure to choose the correct folder and playlist, which of course I did not do for 10 syncs in a row - and each sync has to also sync all my 250 apps, so that takes almost an hour each time. Finally, when the stars are aligned, the planets are in motion and cats and dogs love each other, I press the sync button and this time it works - after an hour of waiting.

On my Android, this entire process would have taken seconds.

Why is Apple so damn irritating in EVERYTHING it does.

Mike
I don't think Apple is annoying in everything , however it's ring fencing of apps,
and not having a file folder system is a PITA. You don't have to sync everything
when using I tunes either, you can selectively sync whatever. All that being said Dropbox is the
solution to this.

I'm a PC man myself. IPad is the first Apple product I've ever bought. I don't mind iTunes. I quite like it actually. But I'm with you on the whole 'sync' thing. I find this very confusing & I dread pressing the sync button for fear of accidentally screwing up my harmoniously organised iPad in a single mouse click. The 'sync' button is like a self-destruct button to me. It should be coloured red & flash constantly to warn iTunes users of the potential dangers!! And yes, the 'file handling' (if you can call it that at all) is a PITA for the most part.

I don't use iTunes anymore except to drag and drop apps, music and such onto the iPad/iPhone. I sync via iCloud (free) and don't have to worry about it.... Nothing could be simpler.

I do the same but with this app because it uses iTunes and not the app itself, you would have to sync you iTunes music folder wouldn't you ?

I'd love to find out that copy/paste is planned. I'd rather use Dropbox or soundcloud than iTunes, but that's still just a work around IMO...

Thanks for all of the feedback. We will be noting and working on all of these.

LOL at all of the iTunes frustrations. For those of us who already use iTunes (myself included), we're used to the weirdness of getting music on the iPad, and it's easy. For everyone else, we'll need to work in some alternative solutions (Dropbox appears to be the most popular). The most straightforward way to get just particular songs onto the iPad in iTunes is to drag and drop them on the iPad icon on the sidebar.

Looking into copy/paste. Planning to get it in there; it's just a question of when...

Regarding crashes, certainly let us know ASAP. It's typically stable for us, so maybe you guys are using it in ways that we typically don't.

For those of you interested in checking it out for less, Musaico is marked down to $4 from $10 until 11:59PM on Thursday, July 5th. It is also now a universal app, running on both iPhone and iPad. For the iPhone-only users, we have the same app restricted just to iPhone/iPod Touch under the name "Musaico Mini". It is also on sale until Thursday, marked down to $1 from $3.

For some inspiration, check out our video ;)

Let us know your thoughts.

Am I wrong or we can't import from clipboard with the iPhone version?

Very professional video. Like it a lot. Reminds me of apple and credit score.com ads. (lol). Seriously, it's quite good.

Amazon cloud and sound cloud support would be tops for me. I assume icloud automatically works with it.
