But I have built a lot of instruments like a tubulophone, waterphone, kalimbas etc, and especially with the metal ones the overtone relationship does not follow the octave... So second fundamental might be at 2.4X or whatever.
I would like to be able to move certain areas of the spectrum of the samples around before I map them onto a sampler so the sounds would behave better with western-style 2* frequency based octaves :/
Anything at all? Something I haven't thought of that could be done with some different software?
Any alternatives to GRM Tools WARP, I need spectral tuning of partials

And wasn't that for Mac only...? If I did this all the time, I might invest, but now it's only for sampling some instruments, so $300 for the spectral transform bundle is kind of steep... Especially now that I weight everything against Eurorack modules these days :D

Have you tried Melodyne in polyphonic mode? It sometimes (not always) works well for tuning harmonics/spectrals.

Does anobyd have experience with both Alchemy and Photosounder? I just saw a video of Alchemy, and realized it has some kind of image import option also?
Since Photosounder is almost as expensive as Alchemy, is there really something exceptional to justify all the stuff that is missing in comparison?

I would technically need the commercial license, so the difference would only be around 50€... Well, been too busy with the new album, haven't had time to try either, or the new Iris for that matter, the demos are waiting... Been reading a bit about all these at work, and Photosounder looks intriguing.
