I had an EC strat and it was great until this idiot ruined it. I had to ditch it for peanuts which is a shame because at one time it turned me on!

and...Oh i know they can get really pricey! However i have had the chance to play/buy a few Dellinger's in my local used for around £800 - £1100 (Will have a looksee next time i am in just to see whats in when im out for strings/mutual curiosity and yep some dribble if i pick one up to test drive

) They are official dealers now so plenty of new models also by them, It is self-inflicted torture. The only two things that has stopped me from pulling the trigger was not having the cash first time around and second strike i got for almost the same exact spec model second-hand was due to me wanting an extra string and also a plan for one of my poor Jackson DK2 Dinky's to turn into a 29-inch scale-length 6-string beast via a Custom Warmoth neck, An 8-string minus the two highest strings is what i am going for on that brown note

and they were honestly the only reasons.

They have "that" feel neck wise whilst not feeling just the same plus build quality/tonewoods...etc. are as mentioned just great for upmarket rock/metal machines but with choice/flavour of pick-ups can cover just about anything a super (UBER?) strat-type can.

I know we have never met in person obviously but still as i am familar with Ibby's from budget to nice to want but could not afford

(again), Albeit probably not as nice as your own collection as alot have been via tracking other players, live monkey tech, shop trys though owned a few, Still have one. More so early 90's to early 00's stuff with a smattering of treats post-2009. The Caparison's are totally there (and in my very humble opinion helped up Ibanez Japan's game even more with proper competetion if you know what i mean, With a good number of name player's waxing lyrical/using/endorsements now in some cases as they have grown) which is always good for us lot as it impacts even the budget models and the mid-range priced stuff is just far too good to be true than i can ever of imagined back in say 2004

I like those guitars. They never have anything like that around here. Just a couple of ltd's (like the 300 buck variety) but never ESP's.

They have one of these at a local GC though

You have to be REAL man to play one though, so my wallet is safe

See this is when i am glad that i always stick with safe options colour wise. Still i bet they play a treat. Its got Steel Panther written all over it, Is it the 25th anniversay RGs? The other is spandex neon lellow if it remember the release information.

haha, well I straddled (temporarily) with a "premium" and yeah, it's not bad. But it's not a prestige. In fact, the guy is done with proper fret leveling but I didn't get the message until after they were closed

I don't think I'll keep it though. But times are rough so not sure I'll find a buyer.

Your next guitar?
