i made the two growl patches on a micron. the big wobble in the drop i made with zebra
but i'd like to be able to that with my guitar

That's some awesome sounds!
Mixwise I feel there's a gap in the bass though, I can hear some deep sub things going on, but then there's a gap in the higher bass/low mids somehow. This will probably sound like it's got no bass at all on smaller speakers...

yeah i noticed too when comparing mixes. i want to fill in the low mids more, esp during the drop, but i want to do it on the patch level rather than the full mix. maybe draw another osc wave in the zebra patch to fill that one out moreProgramentalist wrote:there's a gap in the higher bass/low mids somehow. you might be surprised to know that the bass end sounds ok as is in my small pc speakers (i always check there too)
all dubstep (that i've heard, at least) has a sub bass in addition to other bass. one of the cool things about the genreI can hear some deep sub things going on
