Just got my box of the 14 remastered original Pink Floyd albums. Guess I know what I'll be doing this week-end
When I was younger I used to be in doubt. These days I'm not so sure.

Hehe -- I guess that depends on your mileage. I was 16 when The Dark Side Of The Moon was released, and it hit me right between the eyes. Nowadays I play jazz and love jazz, but I still consider that album to be one of the best ever, in any genre.Kriminal wrote:cd...vinyl..remastered...still crap

Just interested, does that include Atom Heart Mother, if it does have they improved the sound.
Never thought that album had the best recording but its one my favourites along with More, Meddle and the live side of Ummagumma.
when I sold my Lps off i never replaced my PF albums except UmmaGumma, when I listen to them these days I have a disc with bootlegged live versions up to Meddle. I really like the live versions of Atom Heart Mother without the orchestra like the KQED version.
