Fantastic track!!polyslax wrote:The Fabsters are a class act for sure.
Took Saturn out for a spin today. The mix may sound odd as this was done in a pretty weird way, but I like it:

I got Saturn.
I LOVE FabFilter products. Amazing GUI once again!
I see that this Saturn interface will probably easily allow FabFilter to get into a Multi-Band comp in the future also.

It may be subtle, but a dramatic improvement. Just shows how far you can take things using just Saturn!hibidy wrote:with

without

This is just an idea I have with throwing them on and see what happens. It's subtle, not going for extreme.

See what you have done here?Oliver Schmitt wrote:hey, I reaaaally got lots of distortion/saturation tools here (i am a huge fan of Ohmicide) - but i think this one will be my new swiss knife. Great sound, as allways @fab tools - amazing mod. possibilities (the def. most amazing thing here is to modulate parameters), breathtaking presets (yeah, I love just stepping through...) etc...all i need is here
damn, what a bomb for my sound design! hey, fabfilter - you guys rock!![]()

Poor Rob Papen his new distortion tool is only £40, quite nice and no one has mentioned it!
I guess in terms of GUI though the Papen distortion is not very easy to use.... it sounds nice though....

Cool, love Ohmicide too. I'm not in a hurry to get 'another' distortion/saturation tool as I'm quite happy what I've got. I was looking for a comment like this before I try it myselfOliver Schmitt wrote:hey, I reaaaally got lots of distortion/saturation tools here (i am a huge fan of Ohmicide)

The more I use Saturn the more I like it.
Without doubt the most flexible saturation/distortion plug-in around.
Ohmicide is still great for over the top wacky stuff and Camelphat has it's own flavour.Fabfilter GUI'S are just so nice to use though

It may be too early to say this, but I can see this being the Plug-in Of The Year. So versatile.Resonator63 wrote:The more I use Saturn the more I like it.
