Can't import Cronox presets from XML file

Hello
I have a some Cronox Presets in a XML file and i want to import them.
I tried to look in media bay on cubase 5 but i didn't find such tool .
How can i Import\Convert XML file to VSTPRESET on Cronox 3\2?

CronoX itself does only support FXP presets, as are every factory presets, any presets that anyone ever saved with CronoX. If you have some format thats saved by whatever tool, probably only this specific tool can import it.
