Well if the synth(generally) cost only ~50€, it's hard to stay on the normal price layout for soundsets, for example a soundset with 100 sounds would be ~25€, that's the hlaf synth price. Difficult to find there a good range :D
True Martin.. :D

Well iv'e been watching the videos and listening to the sound demos and it looks like Sylenth alot.. If it's anything like Sylenth then this could be a BIG seller for them indeed.

ANA has some advantages, like the pcm waveforms inside(osc 3 + 4) but Sylenth is still more powerful through the dual layer design and a bigger modulation matrix.

Anyway it's a nice synth, not complex but easy to use, and thats good for the users in the end.

So far it's very stable on my maschine.

I guess over the weeks will popo up a lot of ANA soundsets :D

Glad you found a new synth.

Just curious, on page 8 you seemed really disappointed in ANA.

Why did you change your mind?

Well at first(through the nice demo videos) i thought the product would be quite complex, which automactilly means many possibilites in the sounddesign.

But it's more a fast/easy to use synth, with no complex matrix etc. Still good, but i hoped for more(just from the viewpoint of a soundhamster :D )

Why register for play the Demo?

Post

to avoid spamming the download.

No different than most other demos.

Post

Yet another developer not revealing the demo limitations which likely means they are horrible but don't want you to find out before it's already on the system (in 100 folders all over the disk for all I know). I'll pass then.

Post

2 weeks time limited with some audio interruption every few minutes

Actually very very rare having to register to download a demo, also 50meg for a VA ?
Not that i wont be downloading and trying at some point, but it sure stopped me downloading on my limited bandwidth at work and trying it out hahahaha

It has samples too... hence the size.

Some companies require an email some dont.

NI, Rob Papen, require an email

Sylenth, Uhe etc. dont

ReFX (no Demo)

Weve been having issues with mechanical turk spamming so we added a bit of protection to be safe. apologizes if its cumbersome or time consuming.

Time consuming would be deleting a steady list of spam emails. Other than that, it is no biggie.

Not saying your company does that, just pointing out the issue.

Anybody test out the new build yet? Or aren't we done bitching now that the demo every one has been whining about is finally available ?

Yeah it can be annoying... especially companies that make you jump through hoops to unsubscribe.

You dont have to opt in to the newsletter when you sign up. we also use mail chimp for our newsletter which lets you unsubscribe really easily.

Actually there's more to the limitations than has been mentioned here. There's also a nag screen whenever the GUI is called up, and there's a cute robo-voice talking about killing puppies. If that's the "sonic interruption" then it definitely happens more often than every few minutes, it seems to happen every two minutes.

Just setting the record straight, demo is usable.

Sound is what I expected---not spectacular but smartly designed for mainstream dance and trance styles.
