aye, they are pretty cheap to build, I was thinking of offering an "electronics inclusive" deal with some of them - you know where I provide the IC's, resistors etc. but not the hardware stuff, but yeah it's quite cheap.

any news on kits before i go ahead?
save me ordering in and maplins not having something.

Paul/insonicbloom is not going with the kits John mate but yes all the components for the boards are easy to source dude

Hey man.
I'm a bit confused, so you get the PCB and you buy the components, solder a bit, put some DIY pedal box cover so to speak and ready to go?
If I understand correctly, there are NO plans for an easy kit with all required electronic components shipped as well?

no, I don't have enough money to pay up front to buy all the components in bulk along with machine costs etc. it was just a personal project that people kept asking for so I made a big run of PCBs
if I had the money to make a kit I would love to do it but I can barely afford to feed myself at the moment.
anyone who knows me knows that I love sorting out components so doing loads of kits would be relaxing to me but it's just a money thing

there are lots of PCBs left, I haven't counted but I'm certain it's over 50 of them

Ok man, thanks for answering, I understand.
One thing though and sorry to maybe be insistent but, is this hard to build at all? Does it require ninja skills?
How much would you say the average cost for the required components would be?

And also, I'm a bit lost (weird!), you're from the UK right? Is there anyone who has them on the US, or basically you're shipping 'em all from the UK? (Because you mention $2.x for postage, but then is it that cheap to ship from the UK to the US, or maybe you just say $2.5 Pounds/Euro/Whatever to ship within the UK or something...).
