The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

I didn't say "he must", I was just pointing out thattrimph1 wrote:OK...what is so special about the Dumble amplifiers that you are saying he must model this?I know of one fellow in London who has one and it just sounds like any other amplifier that I've had...
Dumble jokes are counter productive when so many players dig it.
Early Carlos Santana?
Robben Ford ?
Larry Carlton ?
Eric Johnson ?
Stevie Ray Vaughan ?
John Mayer ?
Anyway if you never had a thing for Dumble amps, you will not understand.
But if you do, try the Scuffham S-Gear demo, arguably one of the best
Dumble type amp sims out there. (dirt cheap too)

The Duke is much more Dumble then Fender.hibidy wrote: I thought it was soldano, marshall and fender. Sorry, not privy to boutiques.....
Dumble is really a modded Fender and the Duke is very flexible so it's capable of Fender tones as well... but it's closer to a Dumble.
You can also get Dumble type tones out of a Mesa Boogie.

The engineers will have it report negative latency so that it multiplies/rounds up to a normal amount in some, I mean one, hosthibidy wrote:I heard the latency will be modeled perfectly!!!!bishop666 wrote:I heard about █████ who's gear IK modelled. It's gonna be a good month.

Andrew, you should give the American Clean MKIII and American Lead MKIII a try. These models nail the same type of tone you get from Dumble and the like. These models have that dynamic touch sensitivity you're looking for, which can be augmented even more with just touch of compression.
