RMV Mac 64 Bit

I read elsewhere on this sub-forum, from a post made around 3 months back, that the 64 bit version for mac is in development, but is giving trouble.

Is it still being worked on, and is it possible to get an approximate idea of when it will be ready? Just looking for a general idea, like will it be less or more than 6 months, or maybe a year or longer.

We're approaching beta test, depending on how its going to be the release will be sooner or later,
