As another feature request, would it be possible to target the effects in the mod matrix?

The effects are global, while all other parameters in the matrix are 'per voice'. This does mean that effect parameters could only be be properly routed if one voice is playing.
Gladiator contains this feature. But there have been more technical problems than benefit. That's why we decided to drop this feature.

That's too bad, but then, there are other ways to skin a cat. I tend to pile on external FX most of the time anyway.

One user has requested that we add the 'add too favourites' button that we have in ElectraX to Saurus.
If you click on the button the current patch is copied to the 'favourites' category.
I agree with you that it might be difficult to remember every single one of the over 600 patches that Saurus has.
The 'favourites' button is a hot candidtate for a future update. The update will be for free.

also looking forward to the clicking on the LED on Mac, which isn't a bug but a feature on PC, to be re-implemented later....cycling becomes tedious quickly

Thank you for the feedback and the feature requests. We have noted them down an will try to implement them in a free futurre update if several customers request it.

It's always the same here on krv. Trolls, haters, lies & heavy emotions. That's why Tone2, refx and many other companies have moved away from here.

Please do note that the trolls was not targeted against you. It was targeted against anonymous kvr members who try to destroy a good product without any reasonable reason, just because they had a bad day.

Dude... Tone2 made the initial comparison and so invited discussion... and the only reason it goes on is because of the denial of this fact. It is like the politician who gets accused of infidelity and denies it and denies it and it grows bigger and bigger and they are finally forced to admit it and then end up losing far more from the lies than they would have by simply being honest to begin with.

Hate to post again in this thread, but we don not deny the 0-delay filter reference to U-he that happened after a user quoted Urs from another thread (page18)
what we stated is that U-he products are not in any way referenced directly in our product page or PR material.

If something like "Urs wrote: No worries. Many filters have been 0-delay for a long time, even MFM 1.0 had them, back in 2002" "Diva however has 0-delay-feedback-filters." is quoted by someone in reply to our new product filter technology we can counter this or reference it.

As for invited discussion, may I again remind some of you that Urs was already inside this thread before any Diva comparisons or references to U-he started.

How ever difficult it may be in this minefield of out of context quotes and opinions, take the effort to look at the whole thing from our side of the fence. I have absolutely no problem with people comparing one with the other, however at the same time I feel you guys are smart enough to decide for yourself and do not need the other developer's hand holding to guide you to that decision, nor does that other developer have to establish his presence in a thread that so far had nothing to do with his product(s).

My 2cents.

Oh glad you reminded me i deactivated all my accounts for the school holidays.. i haven't tweeted for a while.

BTW

I LIKE SAURUS, have it here in a track now errr i also have Diva in there for a bassline.. both synths have their many uses, both developers deserve respect.. errr if synths were that easy to build we'd all be doing it..

My big request from Tone2 would be to appologize for calling prospective customers trolls etc, and to come clean that they referenced Diva, appologize to Urs and adjust their marketing approach. Then when that is done I'd like to be able to hide the keyboard in Saurus, and hopefully resize the Gui. And a good multicolumn patch browser would be wunderbar.

If that happens ill buy Saurus instantly, even though i don't really need it .. yet

Well, and if they promise to have a minimum of 30 min demo without any voices and a initialized preset.
