Problems with hypersonic and other plugins

Hi everybody

I've recently purchased cantabile performer for live activity but I've got several problems:

1 - When I load Hypersonic 2 on a rack and go to save my session, the program crashes.

2 - With other plugins when I play there's distortion

3 - Cantabile does not recognize effects plugins.

My configuration is: Sony vaio core duo, 4gb ram, M-audio Firewire 410, Windows 7 professional

@1 Sorry, can't comment on this.

@2 There is no kind of audio headroom in cantabile
- Did you check all levels and the audio level meters in cantabile?
- Do other audio applications work ok via your audio interface?
- You may wish to try the built in limiter on the audio settings page.

@3 Strange - I use several audio effects plugins in Cantabile
- what effects plugins are you trying to use?

For example, Sugarbytes Turnado, it starts but it doesn't work.

Well, Cantabile normally is a very stable software, but I once had similar problems, when the audio engine was faulty because of a certain driver version of my USB audio interface. I suggest to examine the drivers and/or settings of Your audio interface. Try to use e.g. Asio4all instead and see, if Cantabile still crashes then.
