If you can find it, a Beta version of Helix might be what you are looking for.

+1 Helix Beta
Until recently, I didn't realize just how powerful this plugin was. I was trying to find a believeable trance supersaw... and coming up short. And when people said Helix could do a good supersaw, I wasn't entirely convinced of it, or impressed by it. Then one day, I decided to do more than just flip through a bunch of already made presets. I actually spent time tweaking it. That's when the "light went on". Up until then I thought it had a total of 4 oscillators. Realizing that each oscillator could be expanded out to 16 oscillators was like a Keanu Reeves "Woah" moment (from the Matrix, of course). And then being able to detune those and phase them and... I was ecstatic. In the end, it's the closest thing to a supersaw/hypersaw I have yet to find. So the moral of the story is don't judge a plugin by it's presets. Either that or, people need to make presets that show what it can really do.

I agree, many excellent VST are left behind mostly 'cause of their poor presets :\dbz wrote:people need to make presets that show what it can really do.

-or presets that do not demonstrate the qualities one is looking for. I think a lot of synths are not looking to be a supersaw answer, the next jp, although, to the point, I thought Helix was marketed with aspirations towards supersaw madness.
