Hiya all,

I don't resort the forums unless I'm really stuck and, well I have to admit I'm really stuck! lol

I had a sound in NI Massive called 1991 and I just realised that it's gone from the instrument list in Massive (along with several others).

After searching on the hard disk manually, the only file that "fits" that description seems to be a .fxp file sitting in a Massive Factory Bank 1 directory.

Problem is, my actual instuments all appear to be .ksd file. Pointing to that directory within Massive don't produce any additionnal sound file.

A little confuse here, can someone shed some light on this?

Well recently, a few months ago. Forgot to mention that.

Pretty sure that messed it up since I didn't change anything else.

Try file/KSD Batch Convert.

Perhaps when you updated it didn't convert all the factory banks to the new format. When you click on that option you need to point Massive to the folder containing the presets you want to use.

Humm I don't have such an option! Weird.

This is version 1.1.4 in Komplete 7

I have more update to do, perhaps I should do that.

1991's one of the factory patches; that definitely shouldn't be missing.
I'd reinstall if I were you...

Also- why 1.1.4? The current version's 1.3...

Do you guys know if the updates are cumulative? Can I install only the latest one or do I have to install each one?

yes, but there's like 25 files! And just Reaktor 5.6.2 is like 560 megs!

It worked!

Not sure what happened or what was the pblm but now all my banks are ordered nicely and working.
