To OP :

You might want to take your chance with Xils-Lab synthesizers.

Tons of presets made by pro sound designers, and you can get the appetizers versions for a ridiculous price ( 39$ for Xils 3 LE and 39€ for the PolyKB lite player ) then upgrade to the full versions for a great price.

The appetizer versions have the same zero compromise audio engines that their big brothers, the difference is that the Xils3 LE is less featured, but still a fully modular analog synth, and the PolyKB player let you control less parameters in real time )

Hours of audio demos by many different musicians in many different musical genres to listen to also, and let you decide if this sound is for you, or less for you :)

I love the sound of DIVA, its really good. But its simply one style of synth. Sylenth is great for trance and sounds really, really good at what it does. Massive sounds extremely good to my ears also from demos I've heard. I don't know if I'd be looking for it for Analog sounds.

Korg Monopoly sounds great at both analog sounds and trance, its effects and huge unison contribute to this.

There are many ways to go. A lot of it is in the mixing style. I am sure we've been here before though...

Shameless plug: MauSynth

It's still in beta, but when I coded it I was listening to Deadmau5 a LOT. It can pretty much duplicate some of the sounds in most popular Deadmau5 tracks. Also, unison + stereo spread is a nice feature for big-but-clear layered saw sounds.

NEXUS

Nexus is starting to get a lot less use since I got Omnisphere. Nexus is really good but Omnisphere is better imho. This goes for dance music too.

Also zebra has some really good sound banks available for dance music but you have to pay extra for them. So $200 plus probably $50 for some third party soundbanks.

i love zebra, but it is NOT analog-sounding, it's very digital. sylenth1 is a GREAT synth for what you want, and there's an INSANE amount of soundbanks available for it.

dune is nice, too (am just getting in to it).

diva is HUGE...
