That is one pretty funky app.. A party machine for the price of 1 dinner!
Seems like endless fun for the old bus trip :)

It's pretty darn deep. My problem is that it keeps generating sound from the mic, and I can't get it to stop.

Yes. IMS-20 has been quite fun. It is a bit limited, but you start finding ways to work within the limitations. I will sometimes create a pattern that sounds good both forwards and backwards. I click on the forward/reverse pattern switch and now I suddenly have two measures instead of one. The limitations actually make you think things through and become creative.

The routing possibilities are very deep being able to control many parameters on each step of the sequencer.

iMS-20 is massively impressive. A steal for $16.

Here's a track I made almost exclusively with iMS-20 (some EQ plus vocoded voice added in Multitrack, all other sounds, sequencing etc purely iMS-20)
Don't forget that the drums section is actually 8 more instances of the synth, just the sequencer is a bit limited for those parts

I think I read that it samples the sound for the drum sounds, so not really 8 instances running if that is so.

The korg apps are very nice :). My version only has 1 synth, & 6 drum tracks, so that'd be 7 instances total ;)
The drums don't have all the sound edit controls that the synth section has, but you can still make very nice synth sounds with them. The only problem ive found is when I'm editing a drum sound it plays a different sound to your sequence - it'd be nice if it played the actual sequence. Still one of the best apps tho :)
