iOS SampleTank PROBLEM

So SampleTank on my first gen iPad works great until I have decided to export the track that I've made using the various SampleTank sounds. I am not using any sort of mic to record anything. Again, the track is strictly comprised of SampleTank sounds and grooves.
EVERY TIME I try to export a track, via email or file sharing (the only two options available), after about a minute of it processing, SampleTank simply crashes/closes.
I have done everything I know of to try and fix the issue. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I turn off the iPad and let it sit for a few minutes, turn it back on (clearing the internal memory), and it still won't export. My first gen iPad is up to date with the latest apple iOS upgrades. All apps are closed/no apps are running in the background. I tried both dock settings. I tried both latency settings. I tried different combos of both. NOTHING WORKS.
This is SO FRUSTRATING. To make matters worse, I paid for ALL sounds, and have not received them. I've been charged but the sounds are still locked/'un-selectable'. I've sent this problem to IKMultimedia (maker/distributor of SampleTank for iOS) and the fixes they've recommended me to do, do nothing to rectify the problem.
So, to wrap it up, anybody have any suggestions? They have my money, I have no workable solution, no full usage of sounds, and the app is basically worthless, because my intent of use is to make a track and export it.
I feel like throwing my iPad against the wall.
HELP ME PLEASE!!

Have you contacted Tech Support? They'd be able to address each of these issues directly with you. http://www.ikmultimedia.com/irig/support

I have indeed contacted Tech Support. We exchanged a few emails, but every recommendation given to me did not rectify the problem of the app crashing during exporting via file sharing or email. Uninstalling, re-installing the app, turning off the iPad, closing all background apps, making sure my iOS software has the latest Apple updates, etc. NOTHING FIXES THE PROBLEM.
That's why now, I'm trying to get the help of the public. Do you have any suggestions?
