but my real vote would have been omnisphere, cause I know, like me you were/are a huge fan of the filters on that baby..... however with already 5,000 patches from spectrasonics and lord knows they must be working on another 10,000

+1 Great synth underrated by sound designers IMHO(imho)Phase47 wrote:I voted other = U-he ACE.
I already have a freeware minibank for Predator with 24 sounds in it on the site, but a full bank is certainly something worth consideringdjshire wrote:An EDM focused set for Rob Papen Predator! Something a bit more melodic and laid back than the one that Ummet Ozcan has out (which is still awesome, but more geared toward harder sounds).
Never tried Trilian, but have heard good things about it.braj wrote:I already voted for Omnisphere (which I don't currently own) but I'l like to change that to Trilian, which I think has so much potential for sound design particularly straight-ahead synth sounds (getting away from bass patches). There is a huge collection of sound sources there and a very powerful synth engine which to many is a bit intimidating. I would definitely buy a quality set of Trilian patches myself.
Including interesting arps and well-selected front page controls would be ideal.
I'm trying it out right now, it sounds ace!Arksun wrote:I already have a freeware minibank for Predator with 24 sounds in it on the site, but a full bank is certainly something worth consideringdjshire wrote:An EDM focused set for Rob Papen Predator!
