I own ACID - it's not been updated in three years - either it's reached perfection or it's dead. I'm now using Reaper.

I started with ACID Pro 7. I'm with Cubase 6.5 now.

That said, that guy's a complete asshat.

The sony thread was about problems with the tascam us 144 usb soundcard/mixer. and how the user wanted to use the tascam as input only soundcard and the build in soundcard as the out.

Trust me I went through more problems with my earlier edition of acid pro and my us 244

Same here. I loved Acid Pro 7, but I couldn't wait any longer and a few of my VST wouldn't work in it, so.. bye.

Acid has a future as Acid Music Studio, I bet!
