But why bring up Diva at all? You are the one who said you were annoyed by the constant comparisons and then you make the same comparison on the very first comment! Come on, admit it, your impish side came out. You are too smart to not know what you were doing :) (said in good humor)

btw... you should ask Urs about the serial number thing. It is not normal to have to re-enter the serial number with an update.

cheers

My comment you quote was about the fact that about Saurus there is usually mostly bashing and negative things and Diva was/is glorified in uncounted threads here.
At some point both of this while not always directly related was a little too much for my taste. Maybe i could just call it "overhyped".
As far as i remember it was almost the same about Synth Squad when it was released (which i got and like too BTW).

Currently the presence of Diva at KVR is so big that it seems to be hard not to mention it even if i try...

Yeah sure, you are so tired of it but you mention Diva straight away :-) like I said I just find it humourous, that's all. You can say whatever you like but I'm just laughing. So can we agree to at least try to not mention Diva in this thread again? There's a distinct lack of positive Saurus threads, so why not say something nice about that synth instead?

OK, agreed. You have started another Saurus thread recently which so far seems to be the nicest and/or msot friendly one:

PS:
I got an idea what could have gone wrong with the need to reenter the serial number for **** :) I'll try to check that soon.

I think you are talking a load of crap tbh, you said it yourself you messed up, others have said the installer code is clean, so tbh no one cares anymore, the topic is closed. I find your attitude that of a trolls now, tbh, and it's getting tiresome.

Post

Youd rather i hadnt corrected something i know to be wrong?

Because it is not what you like to hear?

Listen, if the truth bothers you so much ask a moderator to delete my post.

I dont care whether it remains here of not, i am merely doing what i think is right...

Post

Oh, and nobody (well, not me anyway) ever said that the code isnt 'clean'.

This is about write instructions for existing files.

The least you can do before you reply is reading what i actually said...

Seriously ENV I am not remotely bothered what you said, I just think you are being ridiculous and deliberately looking for something that isn't there. Grasping at straws springs to mind.

Will a mod please lock this please before it goes any further. Braj said his point, lets leave it at that.

Oh good.

Now we enter denial mode.

Have you actually taken a look at the screenshot?

Are there write instructions for the existing files or not?

Is it my fault that the installer fires these?

Should i have kept it to myself rather than informing you that the installer sends instructions to create existing files AFTER ALL?

WTF is wrong with you?

I can't help thinking you have developed secret powers to start a hype around a synth by just buying it yourself (the sooner you buy it the bigger the hype)... :hihi:

Like I said, I am not remotely interested in what you said/found, any of it in fact. You are trolling, plain and simple.

Post

Honestly I think if we are mature about this and not insulting eachother, it should go on. Saying other people are full of crap etc. is exactly what was wrong with the other thread. ENV1 was very respectful in his post and not making accusations, just reportinghis observations, and if anyone wants to investigate it further his post is there and I think they can do so. I feel that there is a possible bug there maybe, and if there is a chance there could be data corruption somehow at least Tone2 should be aware of his findings. There is no need to fight about it though.

So back to Saurus: I was wondering what the timeline till the new demo version with a 30 minute timeout might be. Can I request audio dropouts instead of that weird voiceover? I was actually considering making a track with that voiceover in a prominent role :)
