Latest article with the rather marketable title, "Secrets to Making Dance Music". Try not to take that title to heart, though.

These are general points aimed at those very early on in their development, possibly even just starting out. The article sets out 8 important non-technical factors which I believe are important to set a good foundation for creating any genre of EDM.

I would add: Your dance music is only good, when you can dance to it yourself. It's not about a technology, it's about a feeling...

The secrets are few and easy to memorize:

* Less is better than too much
* Honor the kick
* Rip out anything below 120Hz that has nothing to do with rhythm and bass
* Always test final output in mono mode
