So... I bought Saurus.

I demoed Saurus and Diva for quite some time but ultimately fell in love with the raw quality of the Saurus sound and its very easy to use immediate interface.
To my ears. It sounds like a genuine analog poly synth and I'm amazed how little CPU is required for it to run. I'm running 8 instances on my 2009 MacBook Pro and I've still got CPU headroom to spare. Incredible.
I've started to look for more patches but can't find any. Does anyone have any they would like to share?

The release is not long ago so there are not many additional presets so far.
A first official expansion (done by several sound designers including e.g. Bastiaan from Tone2) should be available at the Tone2 website in the next month. I am working on presets for that too so i could not give them for free.
AFAIK Kriminal is working on presets for Saurus too.
Have fun with Saurus. I agree that it sounds great and has a low CPU use. The GUI is really easy to work with too.
A thread with some demos from e.g. Himaláya and myself could be found here:

Thanks Ingo. The demos sound great.
I'm glad to hear that Saurus has a future and that other folks share my love for this great synth.
I look forward to seeing some presets by other users. I'm going to try working on some sounds myself although I'm not a sound designer and offer them up. Mostly arps and pad sounds which is where I'm at.

Hi,
thank you for your comments. Himalaya who also made factory sounds for Saurus just mentioned an upcoming signature bank from him at the link in my first post.
