I will drop my two cents.

·Due it can change everything: Omnichanger, Omni, Omnium, Omnia or Omniac.
·Due it can pitchshifting: Pitchanger, Pitchtransport, Transporter or just Pitcho.

I would like to make a demo track with it, it sounds interesting.

PitchFunk hmm... i don't know... i kinda like it. It's the right amount of stupid (i'll totally leave the door open to that it says more about me than whether it's a good name for a plugin or not).

It's fun! I really want to try a plugin called PitchFunk. It's a bit more stupid than COMPassion and EQuality which is a bit to clever in my view but it's not totally all out daft like The Little Phatty (or The Slim Phatty.... Jesus Christ) just the right amount.

Meanwhile, is it basically just for radical sound-mangling, or can one achieve subtle (but of course awesome) effects as well?

I even made up my own commercial for it. A cartoon. To bad i can't draw or animate to save my life.

Scene: Two kids (a boy and a girl) sitting bored on the floor. In the background is a flute and a violin. Neither is playing them. Setting is 50ies american infomercial,naive,kinda watered-out colors.

Kid 1: Geez i'm bored.

Well, as with all my plugins, it's Win, Mac, 32+64bit, VST,VST3,AU,RTAS and will be AAX in due course, supports sidechaining and midi input, and all the algorithms are completely written from scratch in lovely, clean, carefully optimised C++.
