If one expects a modicum of civility toward others, especially devs who've demonstrated large amounts of the same, then yes he was. His post demonstrated he had no clue about whom he was speaking.

I don't think you can say Rob was acting high and mighty about it, my take on it is there is some disagreement (probably over business issues) and possibly hurt feelings. Everybody's got an ego but we can't assume we know everyone else' motivations and attack them over our own flawed perceptions.

While that may be true, Rob should have kept it in private, (and maybe asked Peter to amend his comments), rather than making a public spectacle out of it.

I know I'm posting this everywhere but it would be really great to have Albino rescued by porting it to Reason RE for long life since the Props would take care of OS updates and compatibility issues....

Albino to me, is my BT and Ian Boddy presets... that's pretty much all I use with it. And I've used it in pretty much everything I've done. I just like that sound...

After reading this,I think that the new LinPlug synth should read every Albino preset except those made by the high and mighty Mr Papen

If the new Linplug synth loads the sets I purchased from Linplug for Albino... I'll be fine with that... I respectfully submit that BT's stuff is the best there is anyway. Not sure why Rob would even care considering how many thousands of patches he's cranked out for his other stuff?
