Agreed. There's not one always listed on Ebay, but within a month, you'll find at least one.awol9000 wrote:less common than the others would be more accurate.awol9000 wrote:

The Emulator X will get you closest other than buying the actual module. As far as I know, the Morpheus has 14 pole morphing filters rather than the 12 pole that are in the Audity and Xtreme Lead etc. The Emulator X software does let you morph in real time unlike the modules, as well as dynamic resonance, plus you can design your own filters (giving more in theory than the Ultra Proteus).
When I asked E-mu about transferring some of the Morpheus algorithms to the Samplers and other modules they told me that they couldnt tranfer them because of the pole difference, the chips weren't suitable.

Those are the raw samples from the Proteus 2000 line of modules and use Dimension LE or Pro. There is no programming done to them, and certainly don't have the Z Plane filters. Not going to help for what the OP is after.Mister Natural wrote:How about this sample set from Dimension Pro ?

Could the Emulator X or Proteus VX load the samples from Digital Sound Factory? That might be a possible solution.projectdan wrote:The Emulator X will get you closest other than buying the actual module. I have both emulator X and halion 4, I would say halion 4 filters sound much better.aMUSEd wrote:Halion (and Halion Sonic) has morphing filters that I believe are pretty close to Z-Plane type filters

The Emulator X will load the e-mu packs from there, it should also be able to convert many other formats to load the samples. You can pick up the EMU sample packs (which include presets and not just the samples) for cheap if you hunt them down, DV247 often have good deals on them £7.99 each in the past and once 4 pack for £20.DocAtlas wrote: Could the Emulator X or Proteus VX load the samples from Digital Sound Factory?
