Just checked out Porridge Of Granularity. Outstanding electroacoustics. Really beautiful sonics that alternately lurch and flow with the utmost elegance. Loads of activity going on in a ton of different timescales. The atonal melodies happening in the periphery between around 8:00 and 10:00 had me hitting pause to check they were actually in the piece! That opening gesture is boss too! The visceral drone components of this remind me of Truax's 80s work (particularly RiverRun), but your ear for contemporary arrangement and audio editing takes things to another place. Awesome.

thanks.... quite inspiring listen i must admit.

it's not often i hear something and think - wow - i've gotta do some of that stuff with my own music... not all out sound art like this, just subtle stuff...

Fiber Granulation is awesome too. Might even prefer this one. More spectral and density stuff going on here with nice shifts emphasising different frequency ranges. Gonna have a look through your Soundcloud now.

Not too familiar with the experimental tradition I see

! There's actually been a very long of "non-music" music that really took traction in the experimental and avant-garde scenes post-WWII. Xenakis, Stockhausen, etc, down the line to Curtis Roads with his investigation of microsounds (with a book of that title (microsounds--highly suggested). There's a lot of great stuff out there, you should check it out. Honestly, for me, this is the sort of music which first comes to mind when someone says "granular synthesis."
