The morph between filter types sounds just awesome with a high resonance setting

Updated (1.1) with zero-delay model. Shouldn't sound terribly different, just somewhat smoother in most cases and probably distorts a bit less (except I bumped up the drive to compensate, so that's not really true).

Just notifying, in case someone uses it and wants the improved version.

This was actually the first filter I made zero-delay (though I improved it after I worked on some others). I just never managed to upload a new version, because I was thinking "maybe I'll improve it further" but the amount of possible things to work on is getting so large it's just better to update this now.

Anyway, it's basically a stereo-extension of a OTA SVF except the "diodes" use a non-linear curve that is not very close to that of actual diodes and I'm pretty sure the OTAs are biased hotter than normally (tuned by ear to sound nice).
