You just don't learn do you! There you are telling the same lies and with the same ugly attitude that just got you banned a week ago. Please just let your vendetta go dude...LeVzi wrote:Stack some voices in DIVA, then tell me even the more powerful CPU's won't suffer.
But yes, back ON TOPIC seeing as DIVA shouldn't have been mentioned at all in this thread, funny how history repeats itself every single time with the same usual suspects.

OK I had to prove that, and I was right. 40% for 1 note playing with 6 stacked voices. So it's not lies at all.pdxindy wrote:You just don't learn do you! Was only then I noticed the Multi-threaded option, and why isn't it on by default ? Dropped the CPU use to 20%. So it's not killing CPU anymore.
But as for dropping a vendetta ? There is no vendetta, it's just a plain fact that wherever a thread comes up like this, YOU and a few select others spam it with DIVA references. So why don't you stop spamming threads, and we'll not need to speak again, capiche ?
It was about Saurus and Minimonsta, nothing to do with your precious DIVA.

For me it was always the LP500S first with it's hard lines, the doors, and those freaking tires, then the Miura. Everything after about 1985 or so started to get a little tuity fruity for my tastes.braj wrote:Yeah I always considered the early Lamborghinis the most beautiful, elegant of the 'supercars'I really dislike the later ones, but these were super beautiful.

Thanks Ariston, the lowest price I saw MM was for around $118. Saurus is about the same on the Tone2 site.ariston wrote: If money is no object, I'd go for the Minimonsta.

Will they be added to what's already in there, or will it be an expansion that is extra $$?Ingonator wrote:Same here. Presets are just finished and sent to Bastiaan. Working on demos now...ZioAxiom wrote:just working on it!Kindred wrote:Saurus seriously needs some better patches...

Well I guess I missed the part in the topic title that said "Saurus or Minimonsta or DIVA"Ingonator wrote:I was mentioning it myself too but in the context of comparisons (with both Saurus and Minimonsta) which should be possible to do. I don't see any sense in totally avoiding any comparison with Diva where possible but it should not lead into another derailment IMO.LeVzi wrote: But as for dropping a vendetta ? If i should decide to sell Diva at some point (which could be possible) maybe i'll avoid to mention it too...![]()

Oh, well that nullifies the price difference. Where'd you see it for 118 dollars?Examigan wrote:Thanks Ariston, the lowest price I saw MM was for around $118. Saurus is about the same on the Tone2 site.ariston wrote: If money is no object, I'd go for the Minimonsta.

memorymoog for £20 does it for me. Super smooth pentagon waveforms still sound as good too. After trying lots of new synths ive found that the old ones really have their own character as well and deserve their own places as "vintage software classics". Saurus and minimonsta are both good synths, in fact nearly all stuff produced lately is in a league of its own bar a few pieces of crap that are churned out now and again. Seems to me that most of the feature sets and fx are mostly the same, and that the sound and presets seem to make or break the software
id love to have them all because i get a lot of fun playing each of them for what they are - unique instruments in their own right

It was a site I have never ordered from before, but I asked around and it seems to be a legit place:ariston wrote:Oh, well that nullifies the price difference. When you add it to the cart, it's $118.20

I'd personally go with Minimonsta considering the price is basically the same. I'm wondering if/when Minimonsta 2 will come out.my only reservation is that 64 bit thing though, but that's not that big of a deal considering how many other plugins I'd have to bridge.
