I bought the Line 6 MobileKeys 49 and it works great with my MacBook and iPad 2. However, it doesn't work with my iPod Touch 4G. There is nothing wrong with the supplied iPod/iPhone/iPad cable because it works with my iPad 2. My iPod TOuch works with my SynthStation 25 but not the MobileKeys 49 which is strange because according to Line 6 the iPod Touch is supposed to be supported.
Anyone having problems with the iPod Touch not working on MobileKeys?

I don't have the exact same problem but something a little similar and I found a solution of sorts.
My Tascam iM2 refuses to function with my iPod Touch 4 when directly connected but works just fine when connected via a dock extension cable. It seems to make no sense at all but perhaps not all docks, cables and connections are born equal?
Not sure if that helps, but different cables or an extender may work...
