I found a good site that tells where to put fingers for scales.
http://www.teach-me-piano.com/fingering-scales.html Does anyone know more sites like this?

This is very fundamental and almost any site that has any music theory on piano or piano for beginners will have it.

A bit OT but I wrote a little tool that gives you visual feedback on what scales look like transposed on the keyboard. Doesn't do midi or sound output, it's just visual feedback. Windows only, no virus or any nasty stuff in there, double checked myself before I uploaded it.
