I posted this song a little while ago, using guitar soundfonts and amp sims to simulate guitars. Now I rerecorded it with actual guitars and new vocals, just to fix it up a bit.

i really enjoyed this.

as for the mix:

1) maybe vocals could be 'brought into the mix' a tad; as it is, they seem like the dominant thing in the mix. at the present volume(s), maybe they're akin to a 'pop' record instead of a 'rock' record? ymmv

2) maybe the drums and bass could be louder? the kick seems 'maybe loud enough', but maybe the rest of the drums could be brought up a tad?

anyway, cool track.

This is the main thing that popped out to me on first listen, wanted to get some other opinions. If I ever put this into a compilation or upload it onto other sites I'm gonna pull the vocals back a bit. I have a tendency to make the vocals too quiet (I think I'm insecure about my singing

) so I may have overcompensated.
