I mean it's simple, but that's no bad thing.

I think sometimes the correct use of an inspirational sound says enough.

Probably a few minutes too long though!

Yeah, I'm a sucker for long pieces. It allows me to just put them on in the background and do whatever I'm doing.

It actually started at 6 minutes, but I thought it was paced a little too quickly, so I adjusted the time signature.

When is a Soundcloud file marked as getting a "Play"? All the way through or a certain percentage?

Very good. Does what it says on the tin. I liked the sounds that I heard on here. I didn't mind the length, but I have been known to make 12 minute tracks myself. I played it twice but the play count didn't move. I think it gets updated every couple of hours, but I don't know the answer to your question.

That's only the second track I've ever "finished" (the first is on my account there, too), so I'm still developing my skills.

Hopefully I'll have a bit more of a harmony in my next piece.

As far as I can tell it recognises fresh plays whether they're completed or not.
