Hi all
I recently got myself a Presonus VSL interface. There's a bunch of software comes bundled with it, mainly Studio One Artist. I have no use for it as i use REAPER as my main host, so can i sell it off? By "can i" i mean 1) am i legally allowed to do that, and 2) is it morally right to do that.

I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Depends on the country's laws, I think.
In Germany it is perfectly legal, no idea about Russia.

forget the EULA.
Even if the EULA says it's not ok, the cuntry's law stands above some stupid EULA.
Microsoft tried for years to prevent the sales of Windows OEM versions without the hardware in Germany. They lost in court every time, even if their EULA states some other bullshit.
Their EULAs simply were not right with our laws, which protect the customer more than the companies. Once you own something, you can sell it again anyway you want.
Only exception are download products still, but their are initiatives in EU lawsytem to change that as well.
So check your country's laws, not only the EULA

If I'm not horribly mistaken, even in glorious Germany the company can deny the right to resell software - legally. But it has to be made clear (e.g. by printing the EULA on the box) before the contract is being "signed", i.e. before the sale. Otherwise it would be changing the contract by one side, without giving the other side the opportunity to disagree: usually you cannot return software after the package has been opened.
I'm pretty sure that such a case would be ruled in a similar way in front of the courts of most countries, even the USA
. But AFAIK no one tried yet.
