I'm using Zen on Windows 7 64bit-
Switching to the Moving Picture presets in the Azul bank whilst playing causes Zen to hang and crash.
Ever since this crash I get an error message when loading Zen saying App Data/Roaming/Big Tick/zen64/log.default failed to open.
My credits are showing as 1000 even though I've bought presets and hit refresh.
Also, dragging and dropping fxb files onto Zen doesn't seem to do anything?

Dexter, just make sure you don't have any left over instances of Zen running.
Dragging a fxb file sends this file to the currently loaded vsti, from there you can use the import / autoimport features to get your presets into Zen. There is unfortunately no way to extract the presets from the fxb directly, without going through the associated vsti.
Please email me at bigtickaudio@gmail.com to sort out this credits issues.
Cheers,

Sent an email to you about the credits and you were right about the error message - there must have been an instance of Zen still running as a simple restart sorted it out. Thanks for clearing up my misunderstanding of the fxb thing.
