updated / partially redesigned, especially for WOK and whyterabbyt 
(If you already used the Plugin Manager, then delete the ".\PluginManager\PluginManager.vbs" file and ".\PluginManager\data" folder, redownload and simply integrate the unzipped "Plugin Manager" folder, use the new PluginManager.bat instead from now on...)
