I'd really believe that about Sears and Snap On. Considering I need both metric and non to work on my Hyundai...

Yes, but if you read the chart in the Wikipedia article, it says Northern solstice is on June 20, 2012 at 23:09 UT.

Nope. It' the full version.
The only thing missing is the back panel parameter controls.
That's effects, and also the matrix, if I remember correctly.
Still a great offer, but I doubt their servers are going to cut it...imo.
Gotta try though, as I remember liking the demo a lot.

Guys I has question, am goin to work in 3hours and let's say I take my laptop with me ye, coz they would allow me to use my laptop for like 10min not a big deal. If I download it 2times, and I install the one on laptop and leave the other for later when I get home to transfer it on my desktop, and if I install it there will it work??

of course its the same, its a given moment, the time will obviously be different for different time zones, but the countdown to that moment will be the same number of hours where ever we are.
