You realise your website doesnt actually mention what format they're in anywhere. Im not sure if thats a particularly common one for synths.

FWIW, most of the other single-cycle sets out there are available in multiple formats aimed at specific synths.

Frankly, we didn't took into account the multi-formats option for a demo bank.
You are right, that's missing and can cause a problem for people willing to give it a try.

Do you have any suggestion about the most frequently used formats which we shall incude?

They seem to work just fine @ 16-bit 44.1 Khz with Loop Start and End points set to full beginning and end respectively.

Please consider adding a Khz/bit-depth description. I'm sure it will avoid more confusions like these

We listened to your advice and ensure that the RW Demo Bank is available in multiple formats: wav, 2048 samples, 192/96/48/44KHz, 32-bit IEEE float/24-bit/16-bit, mono, with or without sustaining loop.

Thanks for your interest!

You can use our products with any synth/sampler/effect/tool that can load single-cycle waveforms in any format. There are really plenty of them, and we are sure that a little KVR search can give you much information on this subject.

If you are asking which synths we prefer, we have to disappoint you with our lack of answer: here in Real Waveforms we all agreed not to favor any synth/sampler/effect/tool publicly.

Why are you limiting to not target well know synthesizers or samplers? It will only help to get more sales.

For example, I can offer you a direct link from our banks page if you do a .DWB version, which is extremely easy to prepare. I can assist you and guarantee it will take less than 5 minutes.

George, you will certainly agree with us that "favoring" and "targeting" are different things.
If we are "forced" to favor some product, then we just react the way you saw.
"Targeting" (maybe not the best term

) is another thing, and it is always welcome, for sure.
So, we will be glad to make .DWB format version, and to include a direct link to your banks page on our site.

George's help here was great, and that is why - as a gift for all DiscoDSP users - we decided to add a .dwb format version of waveforms in RWDemoBank, which you can download from the same location. Also, from now on you will be able to request our waveforms packages in .dwb format anytime!

Our "workflow" doesn't need a topic, as it can be described with just one word:

We really like our profession, and so we have a great time, full of enjoyment, especially when making new waveforms.

Bach - "Ave Maria": very lousy format and inadequate music choice for a demo
